About the bill
What counts as a print?
Every job that reaches a printer. A batch of forty labels is forty. A job that fails does not count — you do not pay for paper that never came out.
Do I need a bridge per printer?
No, two USB printers fit on one bridge. A kitchen and a bar next to each other is one bridge.
What does a bridge cost?
That is hardware, not a subscription. Ask us — we can also tell you how to build one yourself, because the firmware is open.
Can I cancel?
Monthly. What you printed that month gets billed, and that is it.
Can I run it myself?
Yes. The same software runs on your own server. Then there is no subscription, and no support either.
Is VAT included?
No, the amounts are excluding VAT. Businesses inside the EU with a VAT number get it reverse-charged.
