About what is on that label
We render what you send and keep the rendered image with the job, so you can see later what actually came out. That means a name on a sample label is stored with us. Send a number instead of a name where you can — your own system knows who that number belongs to, and we do not have to.
What you need
A small LabelWriter in the room
The 19 × 51 mm roll fits a tube. Bigger rolls work the same way; the template says which one it was drawn for.
One bridge
The size of a phone charger, on wifi. Two USB printers per bridge.
Your booking or patient system
If it can make an HTTP request, it can print. Or give it an inbound address and it does not even have to change.

Where is our data stored?
In the Netherlands, and you can also run the whole thing on your own server — the software is the same.
How long do you keep a print?
The rendered image stays with the job so you can look it up later. If that is not what you want for this kind of label, say so and we will set it shorter.
Does the barcode scan on a curved tube?
It is drawn at 300 dpi at the printer, which is the best start you can give it. A tube stays a tube — keep the code short.
Two rooms, two printers, one system?
Yes. Printers have names and you point at a name. Which room a printer stands in is a matter of naming, not of wiring.
